A cozy large room. Located in safe quiet community. Entire space is newly constructed including kitchen stove, fridge, private bathroom, closet etc. Full access to kitchen/ laundry. Guests enter house from separate entrance. This place is extremely clean, safe and quiet. Bedding provided. Close to Unionville, lots of events, lots of family-friendly parks, hikes, and trails nearby. Close to public transport and major freeways
