Hello. The available space is the entire bottom half of my home with it's own entrance in West Seattle. It's a secluded private home nestled in the hillside on Elliott Bay with an amazing view of downtown Seattle. The home was designed by Milton Stricker who was an apprentice for Frank Lloyd Wright. The home was custom built for the first owner and is uniquely mid century. The express water taxi to downtown (10 min boat ride) is right up the road from the house.

The space
Hot tub. Amazing view. Easy access to downtown via water taxi, Uber, bus or bike. Shower with a bath tub. Microwave. Refrigerator. Toaster. 56 inch smart TV with Sonos. The bedroom is private with a view of downtown from the bed. I can set up a single bed in that room if you have a child or I can set up a double bed in the common area for another couple people. Parking space too.

Where you’ll be

Seattle, Washington, United States

Famous Alki Beach is right up the road. Jack Block park is directly across the street. Go for a walk, ride a bike, make a fire on the sand beach... lots to do in West Seattle. Great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the iconic Easy Street Records are just minutes away by car. The Fauntleroy Ferry is about ten minutes away if you want to visit Vashon Island or Southworth. The Seattle Ferry terminal (same location the water taxi docks) can take you to Bainbridge Island. You'll need a car to get to town on Vashon but not Bainbridge. Or just head to downtown Seattle and check out Pike Place Market, Space Needle, MoPOP, Seattle Art Museum, etc. Tons of stuff to do. The Mariners and Seahawks stadiums are directly across the water from the house and a 10 minute Uber away.

Our group owns a couple music venues, and a few bars and restaurants. There are two owners visiting and we are bringing our talent buyers along for the trip. We do this every year and really look forward to soaking.up Austin for 5days.

During your stay

I'm pretty much available all the time via text. I live upstairs but work a lot. I'm a Seattle native so I know the city well. I'm more than happy to help you out and answer questions.
