I rented Sarah's house for my out of town family. Sarah and I met to go through it together in advance. This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was very satisfactory. What we loved isn't likely to be useful to others, though. My brother and his wife were able to walk to our house, while the rest of the family slept in. The location, however, is great for anyone visiting Ann Arbor with transportation. It is a short drive along the river to town, with the opportunity to enjoy sightings of deer, swans, heron, and geese. We also saw a fox. The house is quiet, with amenities they didn't use (outdoor grill, for example) since the family came to spend time with us. Sarah was very accommodating and fair. She had other requests for the use of her home, but she got in touch with us because we asked first.

I am from Ann Arbor Michigan. We both work for the University. We have two young children so the house has a crib, booster seats, toys, etc. We love nature and or house has deer walking by in the mornings, fresh eggs from the chickens and a large garden.
