Just to make it clear for not well informed readers or new guests how has never been to our place: 1) First, we always appreciate constructive feedback from our guests as it helps us to stick to high standards we consistently demonstrate. You can see our statistics and guests' feedback for confirmation. We are always open to any requests of our guests and immediately satisfy them. You can read feedback of our guests to understand it. 2) Second, we aspire to make description of our appartments and rooms as precise as possible. For example some guests prefer more hard mattress rather than a soft one. For such advocates of healthy style of life (i.e. healthy spine) and respectively harder mattress, we propose this Studio only. And we are very clear about it - it is extract from the adv for this Studio "• double bed/sofa with comfortable mattress (easily convertible to two single beds, if necessary). Good choise for guests who prefer not very soft matress." 3) We change linens each 3 days or more often upon request of a guest. Thus we always encourage our guests to inform us in case something needs to be changed earlier. In this particular case we have never received any requests or complaints from the guest that “plastic table cloth not clean”. At the same time we admit that "table cloth" could become "not clean" if the table is used... Thus we put clean table cloth for each guest and encourage our gest to inform us in case something needs to be cleaned during their stay in our place. 4) comment of a guest: “30 minute by car to main attraction in city centre” Just to make it clear... If there is low trafic it takes 15 minutes to get from our place to the Central Railway Station (centre of Odessa effectively). If there is heavy trafic it coud take more time to get to the center. Thus it is extract from our advert "convenient direct public transport comunication (taxi, tram) to the historical center of Odessa and / Railway station (6 km)... • 10-15 minutes drive by car to the business and historical center of Odessa (Central railway station... P.S. Mind higher trafic (about 9 a.m. and 18 p.m) as you plan your trip to the historical centre of the city". To say short, the fastest way to get to the centre during heavy traffic is a tram (#18), if you do not to want stuck in peak traffic hours for 30 min and more in a car. 5) Russian for "Kettle" is чайник... Every day I learn something new :) e.g. a new word of English - kettle Meanwhile we have just finilised upgrading some rooms - starting from June all rooms have individual bathroom with sanitary unit (befor two rooms used to share one large bathroom). Besides it should be mentioned that ONLY IN OUR PLACE IN ODESA we provide our guest with a unique opportunity to enjoy extra fresh artezian well water with rejuvenating effect (from a famous well located 20 km from Odessa). The water from the well has been tested many times in labs and by independent experts with extra sensitivity to information & energy fields. They confirm that except from its very well combined chemical content (i.a. Magnesium rich - it is good for kidneys and metabolism overall) this water has all the features of "live water". That is the water has strong antioxidant effect as well as high rejuvenating effect. We can arrange excursion to this amazing well upon request free of charge. Althouth it was automated posting by AIRBNB system, we would like to make the situation clear. Unfortunately this room was booked by another guest (from other advert channel) just an hour before this reservation (as it is high season now). It should be mentioned that we always pay high attention to all our guests at all times and apply the pinciple "first come, first served".
