Dear Lindsey, thank you so much for your feddback. I would like to let you know that after reciving your feedback we went to the apartment and discover what you told us. I have already spoke with the cleaning team to give a good wash to all the kitchenware, also told them to check after every check out if they need to be whassed or not. I have bought a cuting knife, chopping board and we are going to bring more cooking pots. Im very sorry that you missed a kettel, but unfortunatelly this kitchenware is not comun in Spain, we normally use a cooking pan to boil watter. We also are very sorry to hear that you were not able to rest because of the boiler and want to let you know that we have planned a building work to solve this problem, as we want our guests to be able to sleep.
