My beautifully decorated 6th floor 2 bedroomed apartment with a south facing balcony is just a 2 minute walk from wide clean sandy beaches. There are many restaurants and bars. A great winter sun destination as you can ski one day and beach the next.

The space

This apartment is in a block with friendly local people. There are two large bedrooms that open out on to a sunny balcony. The master bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has a sofa bed that sleeps 2. In addition, there are two good quality fold up beds that fit in each of the bedrooms. In the summer, my nephew even slept on the balcony.
A maximum of five people are allowed in this property. A sixth person can be accommodated at an extra nightly price of £20.

There is a separate toilet and a self contained bathroom that has a personally designed large walk in shower. The kitchen is separate.

The beaches are clean with plenty of facilities and amenities in the area.

Guest access

There is a dedicated parking space no. 10 with this property and access to a shared garden. There is an electronic key for the compound car entrance gate and a code for the pedestrian gate.

Interaction with guests

The key is left at a nearby local hotel.

Other things to note

Free WiFi - speed is good at about 8MB.

There is an additional one off charge for towels and sheets of £11 or 15€ per person if required. This is a separate charge due to French small business laws. Please bring your own beach towels as mine are not to be used for this purpose.

Please use the bowl provided and leave filled with water outside the front door for beach days. Dip your feet into the water before entry will help my cleaners and make it more comfortable for you on the ceramic floors. Just be careful that you do not slip on the floor at the entrance. The flooring in the bathroom is all non-slip.

We stayed in Sandra's appartment. It was a pleasant stay. The appartment was really clean and nice. Everything we need was available. Also the view from the balcony was really nice and a perfect place to watch the fireworks. The personal parking place was good to have. The location of the appartment is great, so close to the beach, the market and restaurants in Fréjus. We really loved it. Also the contact with Sandra was great and she responded really quick. Really a recommendation if you want to stay in the south of France close to the beach.

Sandra was excellent in all instructions on our arrival, key pick up, all local amenities and the general area. The flat was easy to find and a pleasure to be able to have our own special parking space. The flat was superb, very clean and tidy. It had a beautiful view towards to sea and distant hills of St Maxime and St Tropez. The nearby beachfront of St Raphael is bustling with plenty attractions for the kids. At night, it all turns into a long fascinating market. As we had the car, it was the ideal place as a base for day trips to Italy, Monaco, West to St Tropez and even to the Verdon Gorge which is one of those must visit places. This place is amazing. I hope to return to the area and will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Die Wohnung war so wie sie die Gastgeberin beschrieben hat und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Nachbarn in dem Wohnblock hat man kaum etwas gehört. Die Lage ist super, da man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand ist. Der abgeschlossene Bereich zum Parken direkt am Haus hat uns die Ferien enorm erleichtert. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très bien situé et très bien entrenu. Le balcon est très agréable. C est tres pratique d avoir la place de parking! Sandra est très à l écoute et arrangeante,je recommande !!!
