ABOUT CHILL ON THE HILL

Chill on the Hill isn't your typical Airbnb. It's a luxury home with a private 15' by 40' resort style pool including a baja shelf.

Highlights of the property are the Chill Pad, hot tub, Relaxation Bubble, amazing outdoor spaces, beautiful location/views as well as extra guest amenities.

Taking advantage of my extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I've designed Chill on the Hill to be a 5-star experience for my guests. If you are looking for an inviting and relaxing private retreat in a beautiful surrounding, this is the place. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the place.

The interior of the house underwent a complete update in late 2019 and we just finished the Chill Pad. Over $800,000 has been spent updating the house; both inside and out. All furniture and furnishings are new and the Chill Pad with a resort style pool was finished in July 2021.

I provide everything you need for a wonderful stay including comfortable beds and linens, cozy robes, warm blankets, organic cotton towels and much more. If you love to cook you will certainly enjoy the chef’s kitchen. I've created a special private place for you to totally relax and unwind. I also provide Bliss spa bath products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Yoga mats, an elliptical machine and free weights are also available for use during your stay.

RECENT HOME UPDATES (SINCE ORIGINAL PHOTOS WERE TAKEN): A new asphalt driveway was added up to the main house. The master bedroom now has a door and there is an outdoor dining table that seats 6 on the upper deck. The new Chill Pad features a large resort style pool, relaxation bubble with TV, a 2-person hammock as well as a large gazebo. Pictures have been recently added and new professional pictures will be taken soon.

Four well known wineries are just a few minutes from the house. Up the Creek Wine Bistro serves regional cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday thru Sunday.

We are in the heart of Page Springs wine country. We are 5 minutes from DA Ranch Estate and Vineyard, Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Winery and Javelina Leap. Enjoy views of our neighbors vineyards from the house.

If you want to go hiking, there are some beautiful trails by Oak Creek, also just minutes from the house. Download the AllTrails app to see available trails in the area.

After a long day of hiking, there is nothing better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool fall night gazing up at the stars sipping a glass of wine. You can even skip exploring and just stay at the house and chill. I like to grab a book and unwind in the Relaxation Bubble.

I want to make your stay memorable. Want a massage therapist, yoga instructor or private chef to come to the house? Need a dog sitter? Want to go on a private horseback ride? No problem. Just let me know what you are looking for and I will connect you with the best local resources who will take it from there. I want your stay the best it can be. Chill on the Hill is also the perfect getaway for a honeymoon, anniversary or birthday celebration.

Why spend up to $2,000+ per night for a small hotel room in Sedona when you can have an entire fully furnished home instead?

The maximum number of guests permitted is 6 and parties and events are never allowed.

There is a 3 night minimum stay. Holiday periods may require longer stays. Pet friendly, $100 fee per stay applies for up to 2 dogs (see below).

PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING!

You must review and agree to abide by the House Rules when booking. My goal is to be very clear with my guests up front--therefore avoiding any issues. Please message me if you have any questions prior to booking. Violations of House Rules are subject to a $1,000 fine.

WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

Up to two trained dogs 18 months or older are welcome to chill out with you. There is a $100 pet fee (per stay). An Airbnb invoice will be sent to you a few days before arrival which must be paid prior to check in. The pet fee includes use of food bowls and an automatic water fountain. Treats are also provided.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any damage to the property or its furnishings. All dogs must be on flea medication prior to arrival. Evidence of fleas upon departure will result in a minimum charge of $500. Thank you for keeping Chill on the Hill dog friendly!

COVID-RELATED INFORMATION AND ENHANCED CLEANING

I am welcoming guests with enhanced sanitizing throughout the house. The housekeeping team is following the new guidelines provided by Airbnb. All inside surfaces will be sanitized including light switches, door knobs, TV remotes and cabinets. You can book with confidence that the property will be completely cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.

Please note that due to the extra time it takes for our enhanced cleaning protocols, early check in and late checkout may not be available. Feel free to message me after you book and I will see if I can accommodate you.

When exploring the Sedona area, consider wearing a mask, using hand sanitizer and practicing social distancing whenever possible.

Chill on the Hill is in the heart of Page Springs - Northern Arizona's Wine Country. Arizona is fast becoming known for its delicious New World wines—there is no better setting in which to savor them!

There are 4 wineries within 5 minutes from the house. Chill on the Hill is a short 20 minute drive to Sedona, known for its beautiful rock formations, hiking trails and great restaurants. You'll soon see why Sedona is called one of the most beautiful places on earth.

During your stay

I always try and meet my guests during the first few days to do a brief walk though of the property and explain how the pool and Chill Pad works. You will also be provided with my contact information in the event you need to reach me during your stay. I have another property 8 minutes from the Chill on the Hill where I reside. I value your privacy and will not bother you during your stay provided the House Rules are followed.

There is also a House Manual that provides detailed information. It should answer any questions you may have.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

You may notice maintenance team members during your stay. They maintain the property and know to respect your privacy. Here is the current schedule which is subject to change. Please reach out prior to booking if you have any questions.

Landscapers and gardeners come every other Monday and Thursday, usually in the morning.

Pest control is Thursday morning, every other month.

The pool and hot tub are serviced every Friday afternoon.

Trash cans are put out Wednesday afternoon for pick-up early Thursday morning.
