47m² flat at the 2nd floor of a calm building, offering a view on the residence garden clean and well equipped (wifi, tv, whashing machine, diswasher ...). Very bright with a southern exposure and a balcony full of plants !
This is my second stay at Sara's apartment, and I was just as happy as the first time. The apartment is in a safe, residential area close to everything you need. Lovely balcony and park next door. Sara is a friendly and flexible host, and makes her guest feel welcome. Communication was very easy and efficient.
We had a nice stay in Sara's flat, which is spacious (for Parisian standards), bright and conveniently located if you have anything to do in the 13th/12th arrondissements. Bonuses were the excellent wifi signal, full cable, washing machine, dishwasher, a spacious elevator (a rarity in Paris!) and high security in the building. The apartment is also located right next to a small park, which was great since we were there with our toddler. When we had some small problems (e.g. with hot water, needing more closet space), Sara was helpful and made sure to try and provide solutions right away. The only drawbacks is that the apartment is not very child-friendly and does not have much space for your belongings, since Sara actually lives in the flat when not renting it out. But as mentioned she was helpful and made space for us as best she could.
Sara's appartment is bright, modern and spacious, with a nice balcony. The area is calm and safe, and has everything you need in terms of shops, just a step away. Well connected to the rest of Paris, as it is close to stops on both line 6 and 14. It is especially convenient if you're visiting the Bibliothèque nationale de France or one of the many other research institutions in the area. Sara is a very nice and friendly host, the communication went very smoothly and I felt very welcome at her place.
Bright, cosy, and calm, just as advertised! Though cozy in the sense of comfortable, not small -- the apartment is very spacious, particularly by Paris standards. The windows and patio let in plenty of sunlight, and open to a pleasant garden area. And the apartment is a short walk from BnF, Mk2, Bercy, and Université Paris Diderot. Don't forget to check out Le Camion qui Fume american burger food truck at Mk2 Bibliothèque. Also close to Place d'Italie. Plus Sara is friendly and welcoming -- you can't go wrong with this one!
