Averill and Patrick were very friendly hosts, even welcoming me with tea and biscuits when I arrived! A great value place to stay, lovely walk into town through the park and very quiet at night. Thank you!

Averill is very friendly and helpful. She also had no difficulty making me a vegan breakfast that was abundant and good quality. The house is cozy and right next to a lovely park. Excellent value for money. The room was clean and has a private bathroom just outside of it. The house is about 26 minutes walking distance from the town centre which is good if you like walking, otherwise there are buses available. Very good place overall.

A relaxing and comfortable house. Averill is a great host and makes a lovely breakfast. You can easily walk into St Andrews town centre along a riverside path. A really good location.

I had a great stay here - welcomed with a cup of tea and cake and shown to the lovely room - really light and clean. It's about a 25 minute walk along the river to the centre of town and buses are easy to get. The breakfast was brilliant - the scrambled eggs especially. Averill was really helpful with giving us information on travel and we were even given a lift to the bus station. I would definitely stay here again as it is not too far from the centre and loved not having to worry about getting breakfast!
