Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Welcome to Greengables, located in a quiet street but only 15 minutes walk from the town centre (up hill on the way back). Step out from your room onto the balcony and enjoy fabulous lake and mountain views. This room is great for couples or solo travellers.

The space
There is a queen bed to rest well with bed linen provided.

The private modern shower ensuite is well set up with towels, soap and shampoo.

The room also has its own bar fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee capsule machine, with tea and coffee capsules provided, and free WiFi. We also provide a set of mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, plates and cutlery.

Breakfast
A continental breakfast including juice, cereal, bread, tea & coffee is served in your room between 7:30am and 9:00am.

Guest access
The guest room is located within the house on the second level, just one flight of internal stairs is required to access the room. Private off street parking for one car is available. Skis and snowboard gear can be stored in the outside lockers. Guests have access to their room and the ground floor entrance space of the property only, i.e. the living room and kitchen on the upper floors are private host spaces which are not available to guests.

Other things to note
A laundry service is available at an additional charge (washer/dryer to be operated by host only). The room does not have any cooking facilities and the kitchen is not available for guest use. There is another room also listed on Airbnb with a microwave oven, should this be what you are looking for ask the host regarding availability.

Queenstown is amazing - you can choose to relax and enjoy the natural surrounds or get pumped up on all the adrenaline activities. There is so much to experience.

Our neighbourhood has a of mix locals and tourists. It has the advantage of being a quiet street mid way up Queenstown Hill yet close to town with all its amenities. This means that everything from great food to jet boating, the Skyline Gondola and the historic Earnslaw steamship are just down the hill.
