Very spacious. Easy to check in. Ken replied to our emails and texts right away - very good at communicating. You can hear people upstairs walking around since you will be staying on the ground floor and the primary family residence is above you.

Ken’s place is great! The views are amazing and the location is perfect, especially if you plan on traveling around the island. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend staying here on your visit to the big island.

Ken's place was a great option for us during the Kona IronMan competition. Easy trip into Kona, great access to snorkeling and restaurants, and a lovely view. We even booked two massages with Ken for members of our group, and they had glowing reviews! All around great stay.
