New Orleans Charm on Bayou St. John! Quiet & shady, yet access to everything wonderful about New Orleans! On a grand oak tree lined avenue and triangle park: 4 blocks to JAZZ FEST, 6 blocks to Voodoo Fest and City Park, 10 min bike/5 min Lyft/<30 min walk to the French Quarter or Frenchman's St music. Walk to Spanish, French, Mediterranean and Southwest restaurants and an awesome neighborhood bar, wine bar, coffee shop, local bakery. Perfect to "soak up" NOLA charm!

The space
Cozy first floor private apartment in a large 100 year old home carefully restored and maintained. Kitchenette/dining/living area, large bedroom with handcrafted queen sized sleigh bed and separate bathroom.
Access to fenced back yard/BBQ/outdoor table, - however our pool/hot tub, deck and pergola are only available for use by the registered guests and only at certain times, by mutual advanced arrangement (we are very flexible though!). Heating of the pool, at times when we would not do so for ourselves, may be available for a fee to cover the cost of heating

Amenities in the neighborhood include City Park, with it's grand oaks, the New Orleans Museum of Art and its amazing and expansive sculpture gardens! Within 5 minutes walk to 2 neighborhood grocers, coffeeshop, bakery, wine bar, French, Southwestern and Spanish cuisine.
