A small apartment in a safe neighborhood. The shower was very small. Two very small windows in the bedroom and a small one in the kitchen. No ventilation. Air conditions never cleaned but well working. The color of the sofa in the picture has nothing to do with reality. Very very dirty and the walls too. Disgusting. Very expensive for what it offers. No elevator in the second floor.

Very small apt and especially the bathroom shower; Had some issues with plumbing noises, cleanliness and state of repair of the couch. Maybe ok for young campers/backpackers who can excuse such "trivialties" especially given the pros i.e. conveniently located access from metro and regional trains and short commute to downtown Barcelona and within easy access to convenience stores and cheap cafes/restaurants.

The place is small, but enough for a short stay (few days or one week) in Barcelona. The metro is 7-8 minutes away and the Rodalies stations are 6-7 minutes or 9-10 minutes away (from where you can take the R2N to the airport or from the airport). The apartment it has everything you need for a short stay (washing machine, dish washer, dryer) and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe (we returned later than 11 p.m. and was really quiet). Gracias Marcela y Ferran. :)

The flat was really cosy and clean. Its well situated for the price. It's about a 5 minute walk from a tube stop, so it doesn't take longer than 20 mins to get in to the city centre.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating with check-in, as well as very communicative before and during my stay. Space was pristine, just as described. The location was perfect for me, as I was teaching a workshop at the nearby Fabra i Coats, but it's also a lovely, charming, peaceful area in general. Locals consider it an out-of-the-way "village" area, though it's easy to get around. The apartment is smack dab between to VERY easy to access metro stations on the red line. All in all I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend the host as well as this specific apartment.
