A charming holiday home, in a beautiful spot, tucked away in a peaceful valley, The Coach House is spacious and light with stylish interiors and plenty of sociable living space for six guests and 3 dogs. Outside there’s a lovely garden and private parking. Don’t forget your boots, there are some lovely coastal footpaths. Take a stroll down to Pobbles Beach or Three Cliffs Bay and relax on the beach!

Get out and about and explore this beautiful area. Visit Langland with its pretty beach huts, great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. Drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles. Perfect for a family holiday.

Bedroom 1: king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a TV.
Bedroom 2: single bed with optional pull out bed, chest of drawers and TV.
Bathroom 1: Jack and Jill bathroom is adjoined to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Complete with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3: king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV and patio doors which lead onto the courtyard garden.
Bedroom 4: single bed, with optional pull out bed, chest of drawers and TV.
Bathroom 2: Jack and Jill bathroom is adjoined to bedroom 3 and bedroom 4. Complete with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Utility room: washer/dryer.

First floor

Kitchen/dining room: free-standing fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob and extractor hood, table and 8 chairs.
Living room: open plan room adjoining the kitchen and dining area. 2 leather sofas and TV, DVD with beautiful sea views.

Entertainment: TV.

For families: off road parking available.
Outside: Roof terrace with sea views and outside seating for 6. Downstairs, there is a courtyard garden with seating.
Parking: off road parking.

General: changeover day - Friday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. There is an additional cost (£20 per bed) for the use of the pull-out beds. Sea Views. WiFi. 4 star rating.

Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
