A small private room, a wood floored apartment, in central and walk-able San Francisco. Nearby access to transit lines.
Also an experiment in generosity plus Airbnb: The guest chooses where to donate 20% of the room cost. Awesome!
Your room is a small private room with a full-sized bed. The room has a small closet with two luggage racks, which you are welcome to use. The apartment is large, with a spacious kitchen and wood floors. And it is in a great location at the center of the city.
In addition to the mounted projector you are welcome to use in the living room, the guest room has a flat screen tv mounted on the wall for your use, with a roku 3 hooked up, from which you can watch Netflix, Hulu+, Amazon Prime video, and HBONow. There is a remote for the tv and the roku on the nightstand. The roku remote also has an audio jack for headphones which you can use to listen to the tv on your headphones if you want to stay up late watching tv. :) There is also an hdmi cable hookup running to the nightstand which you can use to hook up your laptop and play your content on the tv from there.
Here's the best part about booking with us - 20% of the base listing price after taxes and fees will go to a charity or political action fund. The guest chooses where it goes from the host's list below.
(And we would LOVE to meet the people that like this arrangement. We will of course send you a proof-of-donation.)
