A few items to keep costs low and accommodations comfortable:

• This is our home, so please treat our home as if it were your own.
• Please take your shoes off before entering the house, we try to keep our home very clean for you and our guests.
• No pets allowed, sorry. Three dogs are already a crowd. :)
• No smoking in the house or on the premises. I have asthma and it affects me terribly. If guests smoke in the premises they will be immediately evicted and charged a $250 fee (or more if it is warranted) to clean up the smoke odor.
•Place all used sheets and towels on the floor in your room prior to check out.
• Wash dishes and return borrowed items to their original locations.
• Must be quiet after 11 pm; we live in a residential neighborhood.
• Do not pick up the chihuahuas. :) Let them come to you, please.
•No loud parties or gatherings allowed.
•Return anything you borrow.
•If you break it, you pay for it.
•We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses or anything that might happen to you while staying here.
•Help us to conserve energy & keep our prices low, when you leave the place, turn off all lights, fan, heat & A/C.
•Please don't use our white towels to take off make-up (it stains, especially mascara) or to clean around. If towels are found stained upon check-out, each stained towel will be charged $5 off your damage deposit. We are not a big hotel with big industrial washing machines & we prefer not to have to use harsh detergents or chemicals in our loads.

You gotta stay at this place, I've stayed there 2 times already, since I'm from the area originally. But all in all, leave your toiletries and travel stuff at home because not only do you get very nice room and beautiful home, but you're covered in case you leave toiletry behind.

Chrissy was a friendly host and made our stay very comfortable by providing above and beyond the basic necessities. Her home was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was a convenient uber ride away to the centre. Although parking was a little tricky at first being a weekend, we eventually managed to park right outside the house.

I couldn't get over how pleased I was with Chrissy's home, it was everything that I expected, and much more. The home was not only nice, charming, modern, classical, and updated, Chrissy's home had every amenity that one could think off. Just in case you forgot something to take with you, you're definitely covered. And you're welcomed with extra spare amenities, 2 bottles of water, towels, and chocolate when you first come into your room. I loved it totally, I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfull house, great hosts, very clean Inside. Highly recommended. Definitly 5 stars!! Thank you for the stay.

This was my first stay with airbnb and it was a really nice experience! Chrissy was very responsive during the day and was home when we arrived. We only stayed for one night, but she showed us the kitchen that we could use to make coffee and tea. The bedroom was clean and cosy and there was a television and airconditioning. The bathroom was also clean and the shower warm!:)

Hello. I am Chrissy and I live just a few blocks away from where you will be staying if you book with me, unless of course, you want to stay at our home which we open up for guests as well. I've lived in Philadelphia now for 17 years so you can lean on me for suggestions and recommendations. Dave grew up in Philadelphia so he knows a lot more about Philly than I do. We can tell you where to go and where to steer clear. I went to a local Philadelphia art school and loved the city so much I stayed! I currently work in center city as a commercial interior designer and have a passion for art and design. Dave owns his own business and does coaching and consulting for small business owners and start up companies. I enjoy entertaining, drawing and painting, dining out, home improvements and traveling. My husband, Dave, enjoys all sports and even plays in a soccer league in Philly. We both enjoy entertaining and Dave is a fabulous cook if you ever get to try his food on a night you happen to stay at our home! We found this to be quite fun meeting people like you. It is our goal to make you a happy guest and that you are comfortable staying at our homes.
