This is a restored Victorian row house located in the Eastern Market neighborhood walking distance to the U S Capitol (7 blocks) Supreme Court and Library of Congress. The actual Eastern Market, along with a Metro station (subway) coffee shops and restaurants, is located nearby. Due to its walk ability this area was designated as one of the 10 best neighborhoods in the U.S.

Really fun BNB. Old character building, lovely upstairs balcony if you have that room. Breakfast was 2 pancakes, run out of coffee. If you like a good time it is a fun place. Close to the trolley (recommended) so easy to get in to town. There are some good restaurants nearby…

They didn't book the room a friend did it for them so they didn't know I don't offer coffee or breakfast. However I tell guests they can make coffee anytime and leave coffee and tea out.
