Cabin price based on 2 people all extra guests and pets are $10 more per night. Make sure you verify all before arrival. This is your home and others in the mountains, surprises are good but not the type that is to sneak one over on Jeff or the other guests on the property. Like you tell me one pet and got 5 , or one guest and I arrive to find a tent and a camper. Thank You,,All and Jeff

If you bring extra guests (people or pets) and did not include when booking it is best you inform Jeff immediately and /or use the drop box on the property located at Jeff's house. If you do not inform Jeff/use the drop box , you will be charged double when leave. This will come out of your damage deposit. That is $20 per night for each and not $10. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY. (OR) you will lose your deposit. I am tired of people not the pets trying to get over on me and me letting it happen. It took two many years to fix these places up, never getting paid and now, I just wanted to be treated as I ask. Thank You Jeff and all honest guests!

If you need to get away from the craziness of modern life, this is it. No internet, no TV (as in those are good things), just quietness and beautiful scenery. I won't bother with what you can do here, it's all accurately described in the listing, just come here and DO it. Jeff is easy to reach and a trove of local info. We cannot say it strongly enough, loved the place and our time there.

The place was clean and in the woods enough that you had plenty of privacy but close enough to towns that you could easily go get groceries or out to eat. We had a great time

This is a nice secluded spot, a cool space and great, nearly unobstructed views of the chalk cliffs of Mt. Princeton. It was great to soak in the hot springs after a day of skiing and then drive just a couple minutes back to this little house. Pay attention to the house instructions as you need to bring sheets, trash bags and TP. Kitchen is nice and and an easy space to cook meals. We really enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful stay, cute, cozy place. Very private, great location. Away from tv, wifi, no distractions...like camping but indoors!

This little place is quiet and quaint. Don't expect much more than basics and please clean up after yourself. Great location less than five minutes away from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. So nice to be able to retreat from the crowds there. We'll be back!

The Little Dome was prefect for our weekend away. It was super close to the hot springs and within a reasonable distance to BV and Salida. It was also equipped with everything we needed fro cooking, game night, and music. The only thing worth mentioning is that you will need queen-sized sheets for the bed (we knew we needed sheets just didn't know what size), and that the one bedroom is a loft, so privacy would be difficult with other company.

Jeffery was a superb host. We could not have asked for better communication. We arrived late in the evening and found the driveway blocked with a snowbank from the snow plow. Just checked in with Jeffery to inquire the shovel wherabouts and happily dug our way into the cozy little geodome. The property is in a beautiful location, just minutes from the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, and the Colorado Trail. We were happy to hang out play puzzles and listen to the radio. The place is very cozy with plenty of dishes and cookware. Just plan on bringing a few extra supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, and your own sleeping bags, pillows, bath towels. There are a many blankets, sheets, and a few pillows. Not sure if the guests wash sheets in between stays. No big deal. Neither was tidying up the place prior to checkout. We were sure to vacuum upstairs and straiten the bedding. Jeffery assisted us with our car when it would not start and helped us with the house key that broke. He is so attentive! This is such a beautiful location. The scenery is epic and magic. You cannot beat the price. Our dogs had a wonderful adventure too! The owners are awesome and will ensure enjoy your stay!

About Me
Life is what you make of it,

I understand that I have been off the beaten path in many ways, from where I live to where I have worked, traveled, explored but it is the way it has been. I have worked around the mainland USA and the Hawaiian islands, in Micronesia, the Aleutians and other islands around the globe.
Traveled to Russia, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand and other spots far and near. I have couch surfed, hitch hiked, back paced around this planet. Worked with many cultures and have always realized it is not about the money but doing a good job and being appreciated and respected by others. "More later"

I like fixing things, hiking, snowmobiling, beach combing, exploring, travel, good food, cooking on the deck with friends old and new,,

I have adventured around much of the planet yet find myself wondering what next. To share life and adventures, relaxing moments, conversations and the unknown, sounds like a plan.

I was born a carpenter, wanted to be a mechanic, ended up an electrician and now hospitality.

I like all music that lifts the soul or gets you where you want to be without having to get on a plane, train or automobile, yet, travel has been a big part of my life, both work and fun but always an adventure.

cheers to all
Have a great day and more
