‘Hesperia’ in Old Dunsborough

Tranquility and Relaxation for your family, yet close to beaches, bush walks and town!

Introduction
Our much loved Dunsborough holiday house for you to share. Full of natural light and perfect for your family holiday close to town, but far away enough to be peaceful and connected with nature. Plenty of spaces for the family to enjoy with a back terrace, lawn, play space, trampoline and cubby overlooking the natural bush reserve at back.

The space
The home is very spacious and light filled. The floors are polished timber to the hallway and living areas, with carpeted bedrooms. This passive solar home has been designed with lots of glass and louvers to capture cool breezes. It also has air conditioning in the family/dining/kitchen space at rear for those rare very hot days when the house may become too warm. Reverse cycle, it can also be used for warmth in winter, though is rarely needed due to the flood of passive solar warmth from full height NE facing rear windows.

The kitchen is well equipped with a central island bench, pantry and loads of cupboards. Plenty of space for casual meals or sitting at the island bench with a glass of wine watching the action in the kitchen! Everything is provided for a relaxing stay including quality crockery, glassware and cookware.

There is great separation for families with living areas and TVs at the rear and sleeping areas at the front of the house. A utility room off the main living area could be utilised as a nursery or quiet zone for younger children needing to be close to their parents, or as a fifth bedroom for adults or teenagers.

This home is located in a residential area with permanent neighbours, so is not suitable for parties or events. Music must be turned down by 10pm and OFF by midnight.
You will have access to the entire house and rear garden. There is a garage with enclosed parking sufficient for two cars, and further parking on the driveway at front for another two cars off-street. (The driveway is a shared right-of-way off the head of the cul-de-sac, and must not be obstructed for through traffic to three other houses that gain their access by it).
There are several bikes that you are welcome to use, just be sure to lock them with the provided lock when away from home and return in good shape. Also a wave ski with paddle if that you can use if you have the means to get to the beach
