Located in Bridgeland - voted Best Calgary neighbourhood in 2017 - this bright, one bedroom (640 sq ft) condo is close to everything you need. The city train is just a few steps outside the door. In just 5 minutes you are at the zoo, or downtown, and the Stampede grounds are 15 minutes away. Heated underground parking included.

The space

Modern and quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, in new (2013), six story concrete building.

Bedroom has a comfy double bed with memory foam mattress.

Kitchen has all the usual appliances, and I leave you some simple breakfast items (coffee, tea, granola bars, pancake mix). Cable TV and wireless internet provided. In-suite washer and dryer also available.

North facing balcony has an open view, comfy seating for relaxing, and screen door to let in all the fresh air.

Just two blocks away you will find a vibrant street with lots of local businesses. Starbucks, restaurants, boutique shopping, drop in exercise classes, small grocery store, 7-11, gas stations and more. You can also enjoy the beautiful river walk/bike pathway, and the new St.patrick's Island which is just a short walk away.

Both city bus and light rail transit (LRT) are just steps away. Heated underground parking is included!

Located right on Memorial Drive and close to Deerfoot freeway (#2 Highway), getting anywhere in town is easy.

* no smoking (including electronic and vapor) in the condo, on the balcony, in the hallways, elevators, or stairwells.
* no illegal drugs, substances or activity of any kind.
* condo association rules are strictly enforced(URL HIDDEN)Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. I have wonderful neighbours, please be courteous.
* There is a no party policy.
* No unregistered guests are permitted in the building without prior approval. For security I need to know who is in the building, and who is in my home.
* No pets are permitted.
* When entering and exiting the building, please keep security in mind – do not let anyone in the building who does not have a key to let themselves in.
* Please do not rent Shaw movies, this is not included in the rental fee. The TV keeps track, so if you rent ‘adult’ movies I will know.
* This is my home, so you will find my personal items throughout. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans etc. Please do not leave with anything that you did not bring (except for the complimentary toiletries if needed).
* Please use the cutting board and do not cut directly on the counter tops or stove top.
* Help yourself to condiments in the fridge, tea/hot chocolate and ‘continental breakfast’ items I have left for you on the counter. Food in the freezer and in the cupboards is NOT included in the rental.
* Please wash dishes before you leave. Do not put pots and pans in the dishwasher as it ruins the finish.
* Please discard your garbage and unused food upon check-out. Clean and ‘stink-free’ recycling can be left.
* Leave bedding and towels for me to wash when I return.

* I've made my home clean and tidy for you. I ask that you do the same*

We had a wonderful stay at Pam’s condo - Pam is the perfect host. The condo is tidy/clean, private, quiet and it’s centrally located within easy reach of the Calgary centre. It’s so much better than staying in a hotel and it’s equipped with everything we needed. Every aspect of our stay including communicating with Pam went very well. Pam greeted us when we arrived at the condo and she took time to share with us the amenities available around the area. The condo is easy walk to local shops, restaurants, supermarkets & cafes. I would happily recommend staying here and If we are in Calgary again, we hope we can stay at Pam’s again!

Pam's place is great. Because it is her home when others aren't staying, it is fully appointed and very comfortable. Communication with Pam was easy and delightful, and the little extras (like goodies for our visiting grandson) were so appreciated. Being in Bridgeland, it's a short walk to restaurants, groceries, downtown, or to the C-train station for access to most of Calgary.

I would highly recommend staying at Pam's without a doubt. Not only did Pam make our stay feel just like home, ensuring all our necesities were taking care of, her top notch communication made getting settled in and checking out seemless. No need for any hesitation whatsoever if your considering staying at Pam's, I can't imagine many people, if anyone, that is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay feel just like home.

This was a great place to stay. Pam's apartment was very clean, quiet, and centrally located. She was also incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to our check in and stay. I would recommend Pam as a host for anyone looking to stay in Calgary.

I absolutely loved staying at Pam's condo. It is clean and tastefully decorated providing a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I was not previously familiar with the Bridgeland neighbourhood but would make a point of visiting that area again in the future. Pam herself provides great detail and communication, and is an attentive and caring host. Staying here was a great experience from start to finish.

A+++++! You will be extremely happy with choosing Pam's AirBnB. Her home was extremely comfortable & very clean. She is a very responsive & an amazing host. She provided yummy teas/coffees/breakfast goodies for her guests. Her House Binder was an extremely useful resource. Great underground parking & excellent Calgary location.

We would definitely choose this place again! The apartment is very clean and modern. Pam is welcoming, friendly, and always available. The complimentary breakfast and toiletry items were much appreciated and made our stay really comfortable. Much better than a hotel. The location was excellent and everything you need is within walking distance. Two thumbs up!!
