New place in a historic Gründerzeit-style house (1870) with stucco façade, offering walking/bike paths to the city center as well as all convenient transportation options. This place is ideal for couples + max.1-2 children (additional services are offered in the house and garden) and is located in a quiet, green residential street, near shops, pubs/restaurants and tourist attractions.

Ideal for business or city tourists,
This hotel-type apartment of approximately 270 sq. ft. has a double bed, an additional sofa bed for 1-2 children/guests, and a kitchenette in the anteroom (fridge, stove, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc.). See the layout sketch in the photos. Personal mailbox possible (for longer stays). The bathroom has a sink and a central shower (curtain).

Use of garden/grill/sunbathing 15 euros/day
Utility room (with washing machine), separate key in the apartment
Solarium 7 euros per use
Meeting/bar/party room 80 euros per use
Rental bikes 7 euros/day
Optional: House maintenance (washing, cleaning, etc. can be arranged for 10 euros/hour).

There is an architect's studio on the 1st floor and we also live in the house, with our two grown-up children. Languages spoken: German, English, Croatian, and French. The house caretaker speaks Italian, Serbian, and Russian. We are happy to answer any questions/accommodate further requests.

Close to shops (supermarket), on quiet, green residential street despite its central location. It is also close to parks, pubs/restaurants and tourist attractions.
The center of Vienna can be reached on foot (15-30 min. walk).

A short distance to all public transportation links: S-Bahn, bus, U-Bahn (currently Wiental), rapid transit train, taxi. The house is near the main station and there is a short-term parking zone in front of the house (free parking possible in the nearby 10th district), and a bike path.

Completely renovated, authentic, old Viennese Gründerzeit-style house (1870), with stucco facade, a supervised entrance, and a garbage room on the 1st floor.

Great apartment! Compact but well designed. Three of us had a comfortable stay. Great location for access to all areas of the city either on foot or on local transport. Would highly recommend!

The place is small, but it is clean. You need to go to centre by U-bahn or bus. There are supermarkets near the place, so you can find what ever you may need. It was a nice experiment there, and I recommend Werner's place to other people.

This entire space was smaller than the bedroom we stayed at in Prague. The door to the bathroom was broken and the white couch was stained so much my wife would not sit on it. Over all we were not happy with the conditions of the apartment.

Response from Werner:
dont know your bedroom in Prague, didnt promise any relation to it, obviously you coudnt read the map in my conditions, best you stay under water, think there woud be no stains, after your stay, we had to clean all surfaces specially including the white couch ...

We loved the apartment. It was spacious for the three of us and nicely furnished. The facilities were clean and modern. The apartment is 5 minutes by tram to Karlsplatz or a leisurely 30 minute walk. On your doorstep are 2 supermarkets (Spar and Billa). There are takeaways and pubs close by as well. All said, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Vienna.

Werner's place is great. Very small, perfect for two. Very close to the tram and quite in the evenings. Nice to be away from all of the noise of the center but close enough to get there fast. We did walk a few times and it took us roughly 30 mins. The bike system in the city is great too- about a 7 min walk to the nearest public bike station.
