Take the scenic route and pass Mersault and Pommard for a degustation. The market in Dijon are on a Tuesday,Friday and Saturday. Foodies will love the selection of fresh produce and amazing restaurants close by! Many lovely lakes and canals surround us and people love to fish. But lets never forget the treasure of the area.... Burgundy wine!

Off the bedroom is a sweet walled patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. Or you can sit and watch the world go by at the front of the house(you might get lucky and see a bird). Dogs are very welcome at our cottage, it's a perfect spot for your pooch. Parking is at the front door. Wheelchair friendly. There is also a foldaway babybed.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would have stayed longer but had only a short time in the area. The place was impeccably clean, really well appointed (everything you need!) and so quaint. The village is really quiet yet close by to attractions so a nice balance. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet break away.

Lovely cottage in the country. Nicola is friendly and thoughtful as reflected in the amenities provided in her cottage. Have iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The bed linen, towels were of reasonable quality. Had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place in a village which looks just like a film setting. Quiet with lovely views of the French countryside. Well equipped and very clean. Good communication with Nicola and extremely convenient check-in/-out. We can really recommend it!

Very nice place. If you’re looking for an escape from the daily grind, than this is your place! No garden or outside space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings however or spend some time at and around the house when you like to spend (part of) your day ‘at home’. We kind of expected that, but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay a lot. The wood stove / fire place is a good feature of the house too. Comfortable beds! The contact with owner was good too. Quick responses and very kind!

Response from Nicola:
Hi Nine, the house does have a beautiful garden which is accessed by the door in the bedroom which leads out into a small courtyard then climb the stone stairs into the garden which has a panoramic view over the countryside. I'm sorry if you thought this did not belong to the house. Glad you enjoyed your stay despite this confusion. Nicola :-)

Hi my name is Nicola. I live in Burgundy but I'm Scottish!
I really love the lush countryside. It reminds me of of my home in Scotland. Beautiful green countryside filled with lakes and castles.
I love art, music, history, food and wine. Meeting new people and travelling.
