Perched on top of Kakariki hill with panoramic views of rolling countryside, this beautiful family home is the perfect spot to spend some time in the Rangitikei region.

Just two hours south of Taupo, north of Wellington and west of Hawkes Bay, the Rangitikei is home to fantastic golf courses, cycle trails, awesome shopping and for the adventure seekers - great bush walks, rafting and rock.

The space
Make this place home for your next family gathering, a golf trip or if you’re just after some country air. The house looks over Hawkestone Golf Course and Rangitikei, Rangatira and Marton Golf Courses are all within a 20 minute drive.

With a tennis court, a swimming pool, large lawns and plenty of parking, there is plenty to keep you entertained if you choose to ‘stay in’ as well.

The house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two good size living rooms and great outdoor entertainment areas.

The townships of Bulls and Marton are just a short ten-minute drive away. Our favourite coffee shops are Four Doors Down in the heart of Marton and MOOMAA Cafe & Design Store which you'll find on State Highway 1.

Feilding, 16-time winner of New Zealand’s most beautiful town, is just 15 minutes by car. The award-winning Friday Farmer’s Market is a must as well as a visit to the Feilding Sale Yards – the largest stockyard in the Southern Hemisphere where thousands of cattle and sheep are sold each week.

Only 30 minutes away is artsy Whanganui with its’ funky cafes, the Waimarie river boat and the bustling Saturday river market.
