My renovated one bedroom studio apartment is like a clean, sleek hotel room with a kitchen. It is located in the stylish suburb of Toorak and is very close to the Chapel Street precinct. It is a 30 second walk from public transport to the city.
The apartment is on the same tram line as Chapel St, Melbourne Zoo, South Melbourne Market, Queen Victoria Market, City/CBD, Eureka Skydeck, Crown Casino, Southgate Precinct and The Royal Botanic Gardens.
My apartment is renovated and I have tried to make it like a sleek, clean hotel room. It is located in the upmarket, stylish suburb of Toorak and is close to the Chapel Street precinct. It is a 30 second walk to public transport to the city: The tram stop is right at the end of the Street!
The space would best suit couples or singles searching for a hotel-like private stay with the uniqueness of a local inner-city neighbourhood.
Included in the price are access to a communal gym, sauna, washing machine and dryer. I also provide many extras that make for a more comfortable stay. There is wifi (fast and unlimited of course!), microwave, toilet paper, soap, TV, full-length mirror, iron and ironing board, stereo plug for your portable music player, towels, soft bed linen with a doona/duvet and extra pillows and blankets.
The stone kitchen includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cooking oil. There are pots and pans and cooking utensils for those who prefer a night in.
There is a phone in the aprtment for my international guests to make calls Australia-wide to book tours, restaurants etc.
Communication will be quick and easy and my response rate is at 100% and usually within the hour.
My Airbnb calendar is always up to date so if you search for and find your dates, it means they're free.
The photos are Airbnb verified and genuine. I have never cancelled a confirmed reservation.
This apartment will be your own private space during your stay.
Guests will also have access to the communal facilities of the building which include the laundry (detergent provided), sauna and gym.
If you would like to arrive a little before check-in time, or depart a little after check-in time, I will definitely try to help and be as accommodating and flexible as I can. However this does depend on other guests' arrival and departure times. I will know whether this is possible in the week leading up to your stay.
Interaction with guests
I offer an information pack and will happily sit down with my guests to familiarize them with the area, the public transport system and anything else.
I am happy to offer advice during your stay and will always be reachable to give hints and advice on anything from jogging routes, landmarks, parks, nightlife, day trips etc.
For easy arrival, all guests will receive the detailed information pack which will include the best ways to get to the apartment from the airport. I will provide maps and information about the area including
the 'touristy' things to do and the not so 'touristy' things to do.

I have recently returned from a trip staying in Airbnb apartments all over Europe and I was inspired to create a space here in Melbourne that would rival and surpass the apartments I stayed in overseas. My new, sleek studio apartment consists of a large open plan living area, storage space, closet, full-length mirror, soft couch and a comfortable queen bed.
I have set the price quiet low so my guests can enjoy a bargain. I am looking forward to meeting new, interesting, easy going, courteous people.
