Hidden amongst a sub-tropical rainforest in the Waitakere ranges, you will find this perfectly simple tiny house, which we fondly call ‘The Snug’.

This is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. We designed the snug with a 'slow' pace in mind. There’s no phone reception currently unless you are with Spark, meaning you can switch off from the busy pace of life. We do have super fast wifi for your enjoyment :)

Simple, easy and cost-effective. The snug could be your perfect get-away!

The space
Other things to note:

Hop in the car for a short 7-minute drive to Piha - New Zealand's most iconic surf beach, or visit a local waterfall, there’s plenty to choose from!

The house has an eco-friendly composting toilet.

The Snug is cleaned using all-natural products.

Cooking amenities are basic, but does include fridge, toaster, kettle, electric stovetop and pod coffee machine.

Lovely organic provisions are provided including herbal tea, coffee, granola, oat or coconut milk + fresh fruit.

There’s also the option to order wholesome baked good or a grazing platter for your enjoyment - vegan and cheese options available. Please reach out for the menu.
