Bruno was very welcoming, helpful and arranging, a great host. The studio extremely clean and cosy. Looks like it has been recently renovated. You can feel and hear the vibrations of the Parisian trains but I personnally didn't mind it at all. You can also hear a bit of the neighbors through the walls but having been around in Paris I can tell you that I've never been in a house where there is a good isolation :)
Bruno's place was absolutely gorgeous. Small but cosy, clean, clutter free. Walking distance to Gare du Nord train station and metro line, so in a few minutes you're everywhere! The host was friendly, helpful and always available for any queries. Loved it and this place is definetely in my favourite Airbnb list
Bruno is a very nice and helpful host (how to get there, shopping facilities, places of interest in Paris were very well explained) The geographic situation of the appartment ist ideal. The flat was exactly as described, except the bed, which we expected to be larger according to the pics (we would have preferred a bed wider as 140 cm, but for few days it was ok). We had a very nice stay in Bruno's flat.
The apartment was exactly like the pictures show. Very clean, comfortable, and despite the small size there was enough space for three people to spend a few nights. Small things like tea and coffee in the closet, big towels etc. make a guest feel very welcome. Quiet building, however you can feel the vibration caused by the trains passing by. Also good location in a real Parisian neighborhood. Bruno was extremely nice and helpful, however he was a bit late from out meeting time.
The flat was comfortable and in an incredibly convenient location for sightseeing in Paris. Additionally, Bruno was such a wonderful resource in helping us to figure out the subway system, as well as places to go, things to do, restaurants to try, etc. I had forgotten to purchase an outlet converter for France, and Bruno offered to bring me one when I told him. He seems to really want to help his guests to have an enjoyable time in the city. I recommend!
