Hi Im tony! I speak german, spanish, portuguese, english and french.
My apartment is in a quiet area and has a free washer/dryer downstairs to be used any time.
Public transport to the center takes 20min, to the main station 30min and the lake can be reached on foot in 5-10min.
I also offer motorcycle tours if the weather is good:). You can sit with me on my bike or rent your own (BMW dealer Arrigoni is at 15min walking distance)

The room is rather large and has a private balcony.
There is a couch, a wardrobe and a drawer enough for two people.
It has a large single bed that can fit a couple comfortably. I also have a second full fledged bed (thankfully not a heavy one) that can be put in the room in case two separate beds are needed.
While the room fits only two people you can also use the couch in the living room (see picture) if you are up to 4 people.
There is WIFI and a washer/dryer downstairs. The washer/dryer can be accessed at any time.
Interaction with guests
I usually show guests around on weekends and weekdays after work. Sometimes i take guests to the alps for a day tour. Since I will be in the same apartment, consider me a friend rather than a service provider
Other things to note
Smoking allowed outside on the balcony.
As a guest please remember that I will also be around the apartment. We can cook together, watch movies etc but don't expect a hotel service. Consider me a friend rather than a service provider
