The house is on a quiet pedestrian only part of Ascot Street. You can enter Ascot Street from Tinakori Road or from Sydney Street West
The Tinakori Road Village is less than 1 one minute walk from the cottage.
The Village offers a wide range of boutique stores, including Wellington highest concentration of Antique shops, Recycled clothing, Art Galleries, Books, Flowers, Beauticians, a Dairy, Restaurants and Bars. Most are open 7 Days. A great place to visit and spend an hour or two.
