Kauri Cottage is set on the grounds of the historic Hahei homestead, Kauri Cottage is a beautiful self-contained one bedroom cottage. Nestled amongst the native trees the cottage is the ultimate getaway for your relaxing holiday. A short walk down a Pohutakawa lined walkway is the gorgeous Hahei Beach. The walkway to the beautiful tourist destination Cathedral Cove is also on your doorstep. The shops and cafes are just across the road.

Kauri Cottage is built in a way to reflect the original character of the homestead which is an historic building in Hahei. The grounds have a natural stream and native bush which is home to Tuis and Wood pigeons. You can hear the ocean at night from your room. This is one of two cottages on the property so perfect for two couples, or families coming to the beautiful village of Hahei.
