We really enjoyed our time at Masakos Place. The apartment was clean, everything was as good as promised and worked perfectly. Masako was a wonderful host, we even spend an evening with her and her daughter, they are really nice persons. The place lays perfectly, access to Osaka and Kyoto is really easy and convenient. We'd absolutely recommend this apartment and stay there again!

Masako & her daughter were great hosts, they came to pick us up from the station, & also dropped us off to the station after check out. The location was good as in between Kyoto & Osaka. Masako is very kind & caring, very attentive & always willing to help.

Me and my whole family appreciate very much the warm welcome of Masako. She personally came to pick us up from the Settsu Tonda station and drove us to her guest house. She helped us carry our big luggages to her 2nd floor apartment and oriented us with the facilities and amenities. She provided everything we need like toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, drying facilities, umbrellas, maps, etc. She also briefed us on how to go around using the Hankyu and JR lines. The guesthouse is very clean and cozy. Sometimes, I actually prefer to just stay home and rest. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a beverage vending machine right outside her guesthouse, a McDonald right across, and a supermarket just a few steps away. There is also a very yummy grill beside the guesthouse with very friendly owner. Along the way to and from the train stations, you can find 7-11, Mini-Stop, pharmacies, bakeries, and a variety of restaurants. Her Osaka guesthouse is just between Osaka and Kyoto. Both Hankyu Line and JR Line stations are just around 10 to 15 minutes walk from her guesthouse, depends on how fast you walk. It is even very safe to walk home at night. On the day that we are leaving Osaka, Masako again personally drove us to the bus station going to the Kansai International Airport. She assisted us with our luggages and with our purchase of the bus tickets. Masako is very friendly, hospitable, and cheerful person. We are now (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) friends. I highly recommend Masako Airbnb to friends and relatives.

This is my first experience using Airbnb and I am glad I chose to stay in Masako-san's place! She is very attentive; she fetched us from the train station when we arrived & sent us to station when we checked out. She even pointed out the good and affordable restaurants along the way. Her apartment on the 3rd floor was clean, nice and very near to an impressive temple and park. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in Masako-san's place, if I were to go to Osaka again.

Masako was such an energetic, kind and lovely host! She picked us up from Settsutonda station and showed us lots of restaurants on the drive. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, cute and colourful! I loved my stay here and the only thing I regret is not having a chance to talk to her more.

Masako was a wonderful host. We arrived a bit later than we had told her we would arrive and she waited at the train station for us to show us to her place! She even drove us down the road to the flat! She came in with us and gave us information about the listing itself and the surrounding area and answered any questions or concerns we had. She was really easy to communicate with and provided a lot of information about what to do during our stay. She was very warm and friendly and made our arrival in Japan very lovely! She is a great host and the place is very cute!

Masako is a great host. She provided us a pick-up from Settsutonda Station although we arrived very late at night. The station is situated just the middle way between Osaka and Kyoto but only local trains stop at the station. The host spent some time to describe the neighborhood and restaurants we could resort to. The day we checked out, she drove us to the station too. The apt is 15-minute walk from the station. However, the walk is pleasant and this lets us see the local life. The area is quiet and a great residential area. The room was very clean but a bit small. There was not much room to fit 6 of us and large luggage. Some equipment could be improved. The bathroom lacks a cloth hanging hook/rack but this is minor. There was another problem with the water heater - variation in temperature. Sometimes the water got suddenly cold. Though the host is not very proficient in English, we had no trouble communicating and she responded very quickly through chatting. Arranging pick-up was made very well.
