Rejuvenate your mind, body & soul at BBR in Central Oregon. The 1800-acre Ranch is a perfect playground to bike, hike, swim, fish, golf, ride horses, ski, or simply do nothing. As our guest, the BBR amenities you will enjoy are a Spa, Hot tub, Steam Room, Sauna, Indoor Pool, Exercise Room, 5 outdoor pools, and tennis courts. The Cottage Suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the Cascades Mtns. A small deck, well equipped kitchenette & private locking entrance are yours.

The space
This mini retreat is a perfect place for an escape from the responsibilities of everyday life anytime of the year. The quiet cul-de-sac connects to nearby bike and walking paths allowing easy access to the resort's recreation areas and eateries. The house is located across from the 14th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course. In the winter the entire golf course becomes your private cross-country ski trail. Within easy walking distance from the house one can enjoy beautiful views of Central Oregon mountain peaks, including the ranch's namesake, Black Butte. Photography and painting are at their best when viewing these mountains. A small deck is located directly off the hallway leading into the Cottage Suite and is your own space to bask in the sun, enjoy crisp mornings drinking coffee, or star gazing at night. Nature and hiking books are available to plan your outdoor adventures. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with coffee and filters, a hot water kettle and tea. In addition, there is a salad spinner, coffee grinder, blender, omelet maker and salt and pepper. An assortment of bikes is available at the Black Butte Ranch's bike shop including electric bikes and quadracycles for rent. A designated parking space is provided for your use outside. You have a private, locking entrance into the Cottage Suite through the garage and a private hallway. A coat rack area with shoe/boot trays are available for your personal items to dry after a day of skiing and having fun in the snow outside.

Black Butte Ranch is a one-of-a-kind getaway destination.
The location of Kramer's Korner Cottage Suite near the Lodge area provides in our opinion, the best views and photo opportunities of the majestic Three Sisters and surrounding Central Oregon mountain peaks and Buttes. Black Butte Ranch offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow, each with a driving range and putting green. Big Meadow Golf Course is the home of the new Little Meadow Putting Course. The Ranch offers 5 recreational areas which include 5 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, exercise facilities, saunas, multiple tennis and pickle ball courts, horseshoes, and eateries. Visitors find the 18 miles of biking, walking, and jogging paths on the Ranch an excellent way to view the ponds, wooded areas, and natural habitats home to the wonderful wildlife that surrounds you. A walk or bike ride across the Meadow is pure enjoyment as you experience the visual effects of the Cascade Mountain range. Holidays on the Ranch are filled with their own festive events including horse drawn carriage rides.
Black Butte Ranch is located in the heart of the Central Oregon recreational paradise. For the snow lovers, favorite destinations are Hoodoo ski area, 15 minutes from the Ranch, and Mt Bachelor ski area, outside of Bend. Both areas have an abundance of downhill, cross-country, and snowboarding ski slopes, sledding hills, snowshoeing and the opportunity to enjoy the winter wonderland the areas provide. Fishing is a favorite pastime almost year-round at Suttle Lake, along the Metolius River, and other nearby locations. For the hiking enthusiasts, hiking and climbing trails for the beginner to the expert are in an abundance in Central Oregon. In the town of Sisters, 10 miles away, you can find merchandise made by local vendors, and fun establishments offering great food and entertainment. Sisters fosters a strong music and art scene and is home to many annual festivals which are sure to please everyone's favorite pastime. Check with the Sisters Chamber of Commerce for scheduled dates.

My husband Chris and I are thrilled to be able to share Kramer's Korner Cottage Suite with you! We have owned our BBR home since 2015 but the house has been in my family since 2003 when my Mother purchased the home. Our two grown children have been coming to BBR since they were babies and continue to consider Kramer's Korner their retreat haven as well. We know you will love BBR, Sisters, and all of Central Oregon. There is so much to offer in the way of recreation, food, entertainment, culture, and much more. Enjoy and relax!
