Super nice and helpful hosts, came with 3 people and had to pay an extra $20 per night for the third person and didn't realise we couldn't have guests or be in the outside area after 10 pm. Over all good stay, in residential Nieghbor hood and if you're a surfer this house is ideal

The Best Place i've visited! I will definetly come again. There was so much good in this place: Breakfast, Surf Boards, Surf Trips, Ping Pong table, Wi-Fi, other guests and ofcource Dan&Sandra! They were so helpful with everything. For exampble Dan spent the whole day helping us out when our car broke down.

I booked Sandra's place when I thought I was just going to have two people in my travel party. My group increased to four people and I kept the reservation because of the strict cancelation policy (only 50% refund). Above two guests, there is an additional cost of $20 per person, so we ended up paying $130 per night. With that much money there are plenty of options on Airbnb that look nicer. With that said, we did enjoy our stay at Sandra's place. The place was clean, the outdoor lounge provided plenty of space to hang out, and the location was easy access to restaurants and beaches. Notes, in no particular order: - There were not many mosquitos when we visited in December, so we were able to enjoy the lounge space without having a lot of insects (one of the prior reviewers had trouble with this). - One of my friends did seem to get bitten a lot during the trip, even through she applied bug spray frequently. The bedroom connects directly to the outdoors, so mosquitos do end up in the bedroom and she was annoyed to have gotten some mosquito bites while in bed overnight. - The continental breakfast in the morning with coffee, milk, bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt was convenient. It was nice to chat with other travelers renting B&B rooms in the main house. - My friends really enjoyed playing with Sandra's dog. He hung out with us some in the lounge. They also have a cat, but it is skittish and ran away from us when we tried to play with it. - An airbnb we stayed at in a different beach town had a washer/dryer, and after staying at places with and without a washer/dryer, I would try in the future to reserve places with a washer/dryer for beach trips. - Per Dan's recommendation we ate at Descheco's and it was incredibly delicious. The food and mixed drinks were expertly prepared. We definitely recommend the place.

Thank you for your kind words Elizabeth! We enjoyed having you here and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Limosina (our little sausage doggie) missed you after you left :) Yes, our kitty is a bit skittish-- she's a rescue cat that adopted us, and we're welcoming her to our family (outside). We look forward to hosting you again in the future... safe travels back home !

Sandra and Dan were definitely nice and gave good food recommendations. However, there was no TV on the premises in the room nor the lounge. And if you wanted to get WiFi you had to be out in the "lounge" where all the mosquitoes are since its outside. After renting whole condos for $20 more, I would just rent a condo.

Response from Sandra:
We enjoyed having Jennifer and her boyfriend- they were courteous and clean guests. Yes, the rooms do not have a TV in them-- most people while on vacation in a tropical region prefer to get away from all the technology they are inundated with back at home. We do however, provide a TV in the upstairs lounge that guests are encouraged to use if they desire. We have been experiencing trouble with our WiFi booster, and a new one with a wider range has been ordered and will be installed soon to make wifi more readily available throughout the entire property. We're sorry this was an inconvenience to you. While we understand there may be condos available at reasonable prices in other areas of the island, Aguadilla remains a more expensive area due to it's direct access to restaurants, beautiful beaches, movie theater, shopping malls, large grocery stores, airport and more, and there are no condominiums available at rates close to ours in our area, and especially ones that offer a more intimate, B&B type experience. Safe travels home... We enjoyed having you stay with us!

Really enjoyed this place. Hammocks, ping pong table, and breakfast all come included. We'll have to come back during surf season for lessons. Super friendly couple with a sweet puppy

Loved having you here, Amy! Yes, please come again for surfing-- April-May is usually pretty good for beginner waves, as is Nov and the first half of December :) Travel safe !
