Great spot for nature and water lovers. Wake up to the birds and sound of water slapping the mangrove roots. You won't see any neighbors from your private cottage. You can swim, snorkel, paddle, kayak just steps from house which is right on the live reef surrounded by mangrove forests. The house is simply furnished with recycled and upcycled finds as it is also the base for Adoptacoastline and proceeds from rentals help us clean beaches.

The space
The space is simple and comfortable. It is open and breezy but can also be hot if the wind dies down, there are fans in two of the bedrooms. Open houses tend to attract animals, so there are bugs and critters who may visit. It is a perfect spot for independent simple people who like comfort and privacy and to be surrounded by nature. If you love to chill out and or need to rejuvenate, this is the place to do so.

Where you’ll be

Seatons village, Saint Philip, Antigua & Barbuda

Seatons village is off the beaten track in the north sound. It is a sleepy fishing village where the old Caribbean charm can be found just wandering around the roads nearby the house and immersing in local life. Buy fresh fish from the local fisherman just a few minutes away, or eat a local meal on the corner. There a few Small stores within walking for basic provisions. It is not a tourist area with places to hang out. There's a few bnb, and tours, Stingray City and Paddlers, all within walking.
