Woojin sent me lots of information about the apartment and the directions to get here before I arrived. The apartment was exactly what I expected inside, just as pictured. If you are staying short-term most things are provided for simple living, but you have to buy your own toiletries, soap, trash bags etc. The room is clean and new, atmosphere is good, neighborhood is extremely quiet, and you can go hiking very close to the apartment. I met great people from around the world while staying here. Prices are also cheap in this area. The main downside is that this is not a convenient location. SNU is close, but otherwise you must take a bus to get to the nearest subway station and the apartment is on a big hill. Also AC is not free- you have to pay a deposit and weekly fee. I never got my deposit back, so make sure you ask for that ahead of time before you leave. For the price and the quality of room, this was a fair tradeoff. Highly recommended for students, maybe not for tourists.
