Studio 16 m2 close to Trocadero, Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees, on the 4 floor with elevator. Charming room with garden view. Perfect for budget holidays! This is a small but cute studio.

The space

This is a very little studio, but it's enough to have a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, a great bakery with delicious cakes nearby. The neighborhood is one of the most greens, beautiful, safest, posh and calmest in Paris. It's a residential area where you can find everything you need cafes, restaurants, culture, parks and.... the Eiffel Tower. Supermarket Casino in the same building on the ground floor.
Studio is a small but you have everything you need, and location is simply amazing!

Great location, convenient for transport and walking to the main sights. Small but tidy and well equipped apartment, very warm though. Yulia was not able to meet us but her friend who did was very helpful.

This is only a place worth staying if you are doing a quick pit stop in paris with very little luggage and traveling alone. This was my first bad Airbnb experience, which I was REALLY surprised considering the good reviews. The pictures are not an accurate depiction of the space. You can only open the door half way because there's a shelf behind it that it runs into. Since she lives there, literally every nook and cranny of the apartment was filled with her things so there was one sliver of space for you to stand and put your bags down. Mind you my husband and I only travel with 1 small Osprey backpack each. I've been to Paris before, and I'm used to small spaces in Airbnbs, but this was just not good. Location is nice for the fact that theres a lot of restaurants and markets near by, but the metro was still a bit of a walk. Julia was good in communication before we got there. But as for the apartment itself- I got there, saw the place, and immediately left for a new airbnb.

Response from Julia:
I apologize for your unfortunate vacation, but if you look again at my photos and read the description, you can see a shelf near the door and things on the shelves and in the bathroom, I can even say that there are more of them in the photo than in reality now. And the description also indicates that the studio is not big, but for Paris this is normal. Especially tourists come here to walk, and not sit at home and look at my things. For your backpack there was a place under the shelf near the door and also hangers for things. The chest of drawers in front of the bed was completely free, for small things, in the bathroom the shelf was also free for your things, the kitchen had everything you need. All my guests were very pleased with this before, and you can see positive feedback. As for the metro, it is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. This is not a 5 star hotel, but I'm not asking for the fare of a luxury hotel.

It's quite small but still works well enough for two ppl. Pretty good location nearby markets, stores and the subway station. I would say 'very decent for the price'!
