We found Tammy a considerate host, she was ready with advice when we needed it. The house was in a great little court location, in excellent condition, very secluded feel, the three outdoor sitting areas were very private and great for reading, relaxing and enjoying the quiet. The lounge furnishings were comfortable and lent themselves to lots of reading and relaxing. The house itself is unique, a blend of old and new, a mix of traditional Aust with a touch of Bali about it, well designed with cross ventilation to catch the sea breeze, exposed beams, covered verandas. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious, modern and incredibly easy to work in, we made feasts (including using the excellent Weber BBQ on the one night the power went out on the Island due to a storm) and shared meals (and lots of laughter) around the big table. There were lots of games and puzzles, great wi fi, there were lots of CD's and DVD"s (we played music through the telly). The beach is 500 metres from the house, the local supermarkets (Coles, Woolies, Aldi) had everything we needed (10 min drive away). Smiths Beach surf shop were excellent for surf lessons and hire. Tammy lent us boogie boards for the beach as well! Very happy with our holiday and highly recommend this house if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing family holiday.

We had a fantastic time in smiths beach . The house was large enough for our family and had loads of entertainment for the kids . Being a foodie myself - The kitchen was definitely my favourite part of the house :) It's not just a holiday house it's a lovely comfortable home to enjoy X

Myself and my partner stayed here for three nights. The house was perfect for our stay, close to the beach, quiet, surrounded by trees and had sunlight from all directions. The upstairs kitchen and dining and living area is where we spent most of the time. It would be suitable for a handful of couples or family or two. This could be our new home away from home, summer or winter. We cant wait to come back in the winter to enjoy the fireplace. Thanks Tammy! It really is a unique beautifully designed house.

We were made to feel very welcome, the house was clean and tidy. It was fully self sufficient and had heaps of space and sleeping facilities. The grounds were were lovely and clean. I would recommend this for a holiday destination, plenty of room for the family or for a couple of families. It had a very homely feel. It is a 10 minute walk to Smiths Beach, located in a lovely court.
