Ideally suited for four people, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of six guests, including children and infants.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a heater.
The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp.
A sofa with a fold out double bed in the lounge can accommodate two extra guests.
There is an additional sofa in the lounge.
None of the beds can be split.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a sandwich press, and microwave oven.
You have full use of the apartment. Other facilities in the building include a gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and BBQ area.
Interaction with guests
We meet guests on arrival to give them the keys, show them the apartment facilities and explain the building security information.
Other things to note
This is a strictly NO SMOKING apartment.
We have one designated car parking space. Guests must only park in this space, not wherever you feel like, as other residents own those spaces. The maximum vehicle height in the parking garage is 2.1mtrs
Please treat our apartment with respect and leave it as you found it.
We expect our guests to wash and dry the dishes and put them back in the cupboard.
We also expect that all rubbish, including what is placed in the kitchen and bathroom tidies, be disposed of in accordance with the house rules in our information manual.
NO SMOKING is permitted at any time, including on the balcony.
No pets allowed.
NO PARTIES. This is a residential building, and all residents expect the right to quiet enjoyment.
We understand that sometimes things get damaged or broken. If this happens, please let us know, so that we can repair or replace the item. Anything deemed to be willful damage will be claimed from the security deposit.
We do not expect guests to wash the linen, or vacuum and mop before departure. Detailed instructions are listed in our information manual.
