Stay in a bright but cosy converted Methodist Church in Sligo. Everything you need for a short break or working holiday- high speed broadband, massive wood burning stove, gigantic cast iron bath, your own kitchen, lots of desk space and more desk space, office dogs (optional) and the comfiest beds in the west. Walking, , eating, drinking, surfing, horsing around. It's all here.

The space
The house is a cosy converted 100 year old solid stone Methodist Church Hall , 7 miles North of Sligo town, 2 miles from beaches. Your half of the house is separate from ours. Perfect for remote working , a huge, airy , connected work space where you can work at desks in any configuration. There's a cosy sitting room upstairs. Your own fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with a massive cast iron bath. High speed fibre boadband, TV, wood burning stove, all yours. Two bedrooms available: one room has a double and a single bed, and the other has a double. There are 3 friendly dogs around the yard.
There is no garden but a small patio/yard with a bench.
Surfing at Streedagh 3 miles away or Strandhill 10 miles away. Horse riding 4 miles away. Tons of adventure sports and activities for all ages. Seaweed Baths half an hour away. There's enough books, novels, design books and picture books to keep you occupied if the weather is bad. Other people work in work spaces attached so there's a good creative atmosphere here if you want to do some writing, drawing, start your big new project or simply have a relaxing break walking in the woods and home to a long read beside the cosy fire.

There's a restaurant across the road if you're starving and lots of pubs nearby. There will be a good list of the best places to eat in Sligo town also. Basics foodwise will be supplied on arrival.

Guest access
We share an entrance but otherwise you have complete privacy.

Other things to note
Dogs wandering in and out. The fellas are friendly and love cuddles but please don't book if you're afraid of dogs.
Also because of traffic outside and balconies upstairs this property is NOT suitable for children under 15
A wee bit of cake plus Tea, coffee, milk, bread on arrival and there's a grocery 2 miles away.

The house is solar powered to a high degree so, if you don't mind, save a few degrees of global warming by doing laundry and dishwashing during the day, thanks.
Also there are separate bins for your rubbish so please separate if possible!
