Interaction with guests
We respect the privacy of our guests and do not enter their house during occupancy; however, when not traveling, we are available twenty-four hours a day to answer questions and meet the needs of our guests. And often I invite our guests to enjoy afternoon coffee or tea with home baked fruit delicacies from our orchard which surrounds us at The Dell. The Dell is short for our compound know as Rhododendron Dell on Anderson Island, WA.
Other things to note
Our guests receive guest passes to play golf on our very nice private Island golf course. We also offer guests passes for mooring boats at two marinas on the Island. Fishing, crabbing, beach combing, hiking through forest trails, biking are just a few of the activities available at our waterfront rentals year round.
There is no smoking and no pets as our guests prefer the wildlife and pets often scare the deer, geese, ducks, heron, and eagles away.
For 25 years I have been pleased to watch my guests at The Dell, short for Rhododendron Dell, enjoy both the beauty of the Northwest, as well as, all the fun of being on an island in the southern part of Puget Sound.
My guests participate in the same outdoor seasonal activities that my family and I enjoy while on the island: golfing, all forms of fishing, kayaking, canoeing, rowing, sailing, paddle and motor boating, hiking, biking, and swimming in fresh water lakes, beach combing, bonfires and more.
I have been blessed with many returning quests year after year; and, I always look forward to meeting new guests because I know what a wonderful experience they will have on Anderson Island in the Evergreen State of Washington, especially at The Dell.
