The place is in a high-rise apartment, located in the ground floor, situated in a nature endowed place just outside the town centre (2 minute walk). It's in a residential area that enjoys all the conveniences of town and has all the amenities within its radius. There are a number of restaurants, shopping centres , health facilities(MTRH, St Luke's and Alexandria hospital)within the area . this also ensures a high level of security and walking around is quiet safe.
