This 2bd 3rd floor Aspens unit looks into the forest above the Fairmont Hotel. True ski-in ski-out w/ great amenities. Large outdoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, convenient walk to both Blackcomb and Whistler villages. Free ski valet service; rental ski shop right in the lobby that turns into a bike shop and bike valet in the summer. Secured underground pay parking. *SEPTEMBER SPECIAL* 2h mountain bike guided to tour XC trails incl. w/stay depending on availability, bike rentals & gear not included.

The space

This is truly one of the few ski-in/ski-out complexes in Blackcomb. Enjoy the convenience of walking to both Blackcomb and Whistler villages. You can use the on-site ski store to rent or wax your skis. We've recently added brand new Queen/Single beds in the second bedroom for increased flexibility. For the convenience of older guests, there is no need to climb any stairs to get to the unit. Unit is being renovated Fall 2015 and will be completed early November 2015

The unit includes WiFi and basic cable. All linens and towels are included.

I am hesitant to write the great review this place deserves for fear that more people will start staying here and I may not be able to book it again ;-). Overall, great experience. Ideal location just a few minutes walk from the Upper Village (try the new cafe "Fifi" for a great brunch) and an easy 10 minute walk to the lower village. The pool was being maintained while were there, so no access, but looks really nice and good to know that they are keeping up to date on routine maintenance. The room itself is just like the photos. Very clean and neat and well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the showers/baths were very nice. A few minor comments; The parking is a little pricey at $17 per day. Other buildings in this area do not charge for parking. There is no laundry in the room, but pretty sure there is laundry in the building for longer stays. These comments more for information for future guests and did not impact our satisfaction with the condo. We asked a few questions about winter stays and it seems perfect for a ski condo. Right next to the ski hill and I think they have a ski valet for the building to take of your equipment when you get off the slopes. It looks like the have an onsite ski rental facility, too, which will be very handy when we come back for ski season. Overall, great experience and we will be back.

The location of this unit is great. Very close to the upper village and a short walk to the base of Whistler. My children really appreciated the pool with the ~30C weather we had. We have stayed in a number of units in this building, and Tim's had the most modern finishing. Can't wait to come back again!

This is a great place to stay in Whistler. Communication with owner / property management was quick and easy if there are any questions. Location was amazing - could not be better. Only 5 minute walk to Whistler Village. Apartment is new and modern and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Had another memorable vacation. It's a great place to call home when on vacation. The condo is a great location with only a 10 minute walk to Whistler Village, family friendly place.

This condo could not be more centrally located on Blackcomb. It's TRULY ski in/ski out. The check-in process is so easy, and the accommodations were very comfortable. It's a great place to stay, and I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Whistler.

GREAT ski-in-ski-out location for our first trip to Whistler! I agree with other reviews about the culture of Blackcomb vs. Whistler Village - Blackcomb was quieter and less crowded, but still provided for all our needs. The village is easily accessible by skiing or simply walking down the hill (not far). The folks at Blackcomb Daylodge guest services and equipment rentals were very helpful. An ATM machine is located near the daylodgeWe also enjoyed the French bakery under the Fairmont. The condo is roomy and comfortable with a clean, functional kitchen. The recently added dining table was perfect for meals, and since it is counter-height, the counter stools can also be used at the table. The kitchen included a variety of tools and appliances that made cooking easy. I recommend having a look around the kitchen before you go grocery shopping so you know what to buy. The kitchen upon arrival is spotless! In a pinch, the building has a "grocery vending" machine (I have never seen one of these before) where you can purchase a quart of milk, eggs, bacon, a sleeve of bagels, dried pasta and a jar of sauce, among other items. The laundry facilities include three washers and three dryers; detergent and dryer sheets can be purchased from nearby vending (there is also a change machine next to vending). The machines claim to take US coins as well as Canadian, but we only used Canadian. We stayed with our two children (10 and 8) and the four of us were very comfortable. We did not use the heated pool and large hot tub, but there were always folks in them, so we assume they were enjoyable!

We are a very active family and spend a lot of time with our kids. Whistler is our second home, we love it there and want to share it with the world. We enjoy mountain biking, skiing, skate skiing and trail running.
