You will be living in a historic building that used to be Hotel Rasco. Built in 1836, it welcomed Charles Dickens in 1842!
Location! Quiet loft in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal. Cobblestone streets only for pedestrians during summer! 5 minutes away from the Basilique Notre-Dame, only 2-3 subway stations away from Palais des Congrès (Convention Center), Parc Jean-Drapeau, the Casino de Montreal, Le Plateau, Mount-Royal, Montreal F1 Grand Prix, Osheaga, Cirque du Soleil (5 minutes walking distance from Jacques-Cartier Pier, under the Big Top, Old Port of Montreal: Apr 20 2017 - Jun 11 2017)
Located on the 4th and last floor of the building, very quiet, with an elevator. Small dogs are allowed, but they count as extra persons.
Indoor paid parking is available nearby (look for 330 Champ-de-Mars).
Whole loft, TV, internet, fridge, stove, Nespresso coffee, breakfast stuff and water in the fridge, etc. Feel like at home! Washer & dryer is free, located in the hall.
You'll have the place to yourselves! Always available by phone or txt.
There's always something going on nearby, either a festival, Grand Prix F1 race, fireworks, food trucks, music fest, all year long!
There's the Champ-de-Mars subway station 5 minutes from here, and will get you anywhere around the city.

The futon can accommodate 2 more persons, although the apartment might be small for 4 adults.
Small dogs are allowed but they count as extra guests.
Bring your skates or rent them on site. There's an outside skate rink nearby with music in the evening during winter.
No smoking inside, no noise after 11PM, no "external guests", no parties.
