Feel free to contact the Property Manager by phone # or email if you would need any assistance. We have a lock box on the door of your suite with a key to enter the suite for easy access, 3 sets of keys on the kitchen table with a parking pass and door key card for the parking garage to the elevators. Our Suite is privately owned so we are not affiliated with the Hotel. Our Office is about 3.5 blocks down Kuhio Avenue from the Waikiki Sunset. Make yourself at home and Enjoy.

• There are Six Beach Towels in the unit. 2-Boogie boards and 2-snorkel equipment.
Condo with lanai is 660 square ft. The unit is as pictured on the vacation rental site.
There is a Pay Laundry Room down at the end of the hall on each floor.
There are garbage bags and cleaning supplies in the unit for your convenience as well as a vacuum, however we have a cleaning person come in after check out.
Towels, dishes, soap and toilet paper are provided initially. There is a blow dryer in the condo... For longer staying guests you can purchase additional soap, T.P. etc. at the grocery store which is few minute distance. There are also many grocery stores accessible by bus or car. Safeway on Kapahulu, Food Pantry on Kuhio, Costco, Wal-Mart & Foodland Ect…

Please remove shoes or footwear before walking on carpet.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in unit (lanai okay). Nothing may be thrown from balcony.
Laundry Facilities: There is a laundry room on each floor. Washer and dryer are coin operated
Kitchen should be left tidied up when you leave; that is dishes washed, and rubbish disposed of in trash chute at end of hall.
Please leave beds unmade if they have been used upon check out so cleaning person can tell what beds to make up.
This is a privately owned condo, along with all the furnishings, and the tenant will be responsible for any damages or missing items.
