Ideal 50sq.m. top floor sea view retreat, just a minute's walk from the beach and a 25' drive from the airport or the Athens historic center.
My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Whether in for a short business trip or a long-overdue, well-deserved vacation, this bay view quiet penthouse can be your comfortable quarters while prepping for your presentation, or use it to hold a meeting; it can be a cozy little love nest, or spacious enough to enjoy solo; it may function as your base of rest after a long day at the beach or sightseeing or for a candle-lit dinner with friends; it can even be your own personal yoga/meditation retreat! Indoors, it provides an open-space feel while giving the option to separate rooms with the use of sliding doors. Outdoors, the two XL verandas give you a good view of the street or the bay while offering the desired seclusion.
The place you will be staying at has been put together with lots of love and care and hopefully, I will continue to improve it. You will have access to all its spaces: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom ( + the study, both large verandas) and amenities. You will find that, even though the building is situated in a residential area, this cozy penthouse can offer you hours and hours of relaxation and prove a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
Interaction with guests
Naturally, I will be happy to assist you in any way I can, via email for any questions you might have about the area while planning your trip, @ the airport (pick-up/drop-off), @ the house (practical details/groceries, etc.), and of course all info about the local stuff. Based on our schedules (yours&mine), I will also be happy to show you around Athens and/or the coast a bit, if you so wish.
Other things to note
As this is a residential area, it is imperative to be mindful of some "unwritten" laws and use common sense during your stay. Mainly, there is a midday siesta still valid in Greece (the hours change slightly from the winter to the summer months) and of course, late night quiet hours. The up side of that is that Vouliagmeni being a resort town, you will not be bothered by any heavy construction work as it is forbidden. That said, people here are on the friendly and relaxed side, I should say, and Greeks, for the most part, should be eager to help you and welcome you.
- quiet hours:2:30pm-5:00pm & 11:30pm-7:00am

My love for the home and my passion for traveling couldn't have found a better platform to be combined than being an Airbnb host or a better outlet than welcoming people from all over the globe to this beautiful part of the world, enriching their experience with a local's point of view and little secrets, and making their stay a pleasant and fun one. Hopefully, I can prove a worthy ambassador of Greek hospitality!
