Cozy artists loft off the beaten path of NYC, right in between the neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Bushwick, Brooklyn. Stay in our loft filled with light, art, plants and many creature comforts. 3 blocks from the subway

The space

Stay in a beautiful large room that Ive built in my vintage warehouse loft. Located in the vibrant artists neighborhood of East Williamsburg or West Bushwick, Brooklyn. This is a great option for any design-minded or otherwise curious individual seeking a unique and cozy place to stay in New York that is close in proximity to the hip neighborhood of Williamsburg or the gritty bleeding edge neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn. This particular loft has been residential for over twenty years, I began converting it whilst in architecture school and have been at it for the past decade.

You will be staying in a mature, very well functioning, slightly communal, clean, relaxed and respectful loft, you will be one within a community of six.

The room receives west afternoon light, is 10'x 20' and has a desk / a work chair, luxurious queen size memory foam bed with duvet, wool throw, closet for clothing.

The building is a defunct tannery turned artist loft residence over 20 years ago. Our loft is a corner unit, 2 level open light-filled space with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, sixteen foot ceilings. You also have access to the rooftop, with beautiful 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline and all around Brooklyn and Queens.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Arnold's beautiful loft. It's a great space and has everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone I had the pleasure of living with for four weeks were friendly and fun people, and although I didn't get to meet Arnold for long, it was clear how much he's appreciated and everyone said how nice he is to stay with. He is an extremely accommodating host and I feel lucky to have called the loft home for a month. Would stay here again in a second.

Hello, I'm an artist, architect and musician originally from Toronto Canada now working in New York and living in the neighborhoods of East Williamsburg / Bushwick, Brooklyn.

I love more than anything to voyage, have many trips under my belt and know the importance of a clean cozy pied a terre when away from home. I hope you find it here!
