About this listing
Definitely the best location in heart of downtown, modern apartment, all amenities, a cozy but super bright room with views from 21st floor! Everything included, washer/dryer, kitchen, pool, more! Just bring your suitcase! Private room with lock.
The room is not big, but is super efficient with a loft bed, bookshelf, study table, chest of drawers and a big closet. The views from the 21st floor is probably the best you could get in Vancouver, with north shore mountains, ocean, and downtown streets right under your toes when lying in your bed!
You get your completely private space with a door lock and keys if you want to use it.
Swimming pool, dry sauna, jacuuzi, Gym, all open 5am-10pm.
You can use the kitchen for cooking of course which has all cooking utensils, with space in fridge and cabinet to store your food.
You'll have access to washer AND dryer inside the apartment for FREE.

I am a well traveled nature lover and sporty guy in my mid 30's. I am very easy going, considerate and enjoy cycling, swimming, running and hiking. I am a competitive cyclist and triathlete and that's why I love Vancouver so much.
I'll do whatever I can to make your staying at my place enjoyable, just ask!:)
Other things to note

- If I am not travelling (I travel a lot on my bike), I live in the apartment and the couch and living room will be mine, otherwise living room belongs to everybody.
- There is an extra 100 CAD move-in fee that our building (not me) charges every new tenant that you need to have ready upon move-in to pay to the concierge sitting in the lobby.
- Silent hours, 7am-11pm
- House cleaning shared
- No partying in the house
- An extra one-time $100 move-in fee is charged by building management (not me) upon entering the building.
