A brand new and spacious architecturally designed luxury apartment in the heart of Napier City - the Art Deco centre of the world. This 1930's heritage building has been fully restored in 2020 and is 100% NBS. Located less than a block from the lovely Marine Parade walkway and attractions, and equally as close to the cities main street and shopping. Walking distance to local cafes/restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the airport.

- Enjoy the private balcony from which you can watch life go by on the street below whilst enjoying a coffee from one of our great local cafes.
- Enjoy Infinity Hot Water and Ultra fast WIFI
- This apartment is one of two, so if you have a larger group you could book both apartments and have 5 rooms.

The apartment is on Level 1 and access is via stairs. There is no lift.

For longer stays of 2 weeks or more, please note an extra cleaning fee of $100 per week will be charged after the first week. This ensures you will have a pleasant stay with fresh linen and a cleaned apartment every week of your stay. Your host will communicate with you further on this.
