Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave the check-in process a 5-star rating.
Our newly constructed downtown home was built with all modern finishings, high ceilings, beautiful hardwood throughout, and plenty of space to entertain. It’s the perfect quarantine sanctuary, and just a couple minute’s drive to both downtown & North Hills to explore all of the socially distant activities Raleigh has to offer. Our backyard space is designed for lounging & dining outdoors, with ample seating, a fire pit, dining table, deck & patio.

Guest access
The entire house and yard is accessible to your during your stay, outside of the upstairs office and closet off the master bath that we’ll keep locked. You are welcome to use any spices/condiments left in the kitchen, but if you use the last of something just let us know so we can replace it! We have a small herb & vegetable garden along the side of the house, which you’re welcome to use for fresh herbs (and vegetables if there are any!) for cooking or cocktails.

All glassware, stoneware, towels, blankets, etc. are available to you, and we just ask that you treat them like they are your own. We know accidents happen, so if anything gets damaged or breaks, just let us know!

Where you’ll be

Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Situated in College Park, we’re surrounded by tons of new construction and nestled right next to Raleigh’s historic Oakwood neighborhood. Oakwood dog park, Person Street district restaurant & bars, and St. Augustine’s University are all just a couple blocks’ walk away, or jump on the Citrix Cycle station 3 blocks up and take a 5-minute electric-assisted bike ride to all of downtown Raleigh, including the Capital Area Greenway system and Dorothea Dix park. For being so close to bustling downtown, the neighborhood is quiet & walkable, and you’ll likely see plenty of people out during the day walking their dogs, going for a jog, or biking through the streets.

Outside of downtown, we are less than 2 miles to the highway that will get you to North Hills, Drive Shack, PNC Arena, the NC Museum of Art, and more in just 10 minutes. We have 2 parking spots available in the driveway, but there is also ample street parking right outside.
