This is an independent unit with an electronically locking front door. It’s a conveniently located and beautifully decorated flat with a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a common area.
The bed can hold two people, as can the sofa bed. This makes it perfect for one person or even a small family or group of friends.
We have put a lot of effort into redecorating this flat, mainly because we believe that it will enhance your experience. Please help us to keep it clean so that others can enjoy it too.
Guests may access the entire space.
Other things to note
The apartment, including all bedding and towels, will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you'd like to have the apartment cleaned during your stay, please let me know and I can arrange it for an extra cost of HK$300.
It looks like a lot, but most of these are common-sense rules.
1-Do not smoke in the apartment.
2-Please take your shoes off - especially on wet days - you will help us keep our apartment special and clean for yourself and other guests.
3- Hot Water: To turn on the hot water, flip the switch outside the bathroom door. The water will take a few minutes to heat up. Please turn off the hot water switch when hot water is not in use.
4- Air Con: Help us save electricity and conserve the environment by turning off the air conditioning when you leave the flat.
5- Television and Wi-Fi: Instructions are posted next to or on the television and wireless antenna.
6- Rubbish: Rubbish removal is your responsibility. Please empty your rubbish in the bin in the stairwell.
7- Cleaning: Please keep our flat tidy. We will not come in to clean during your stay, but if you require a cleaning service, we will provide it to you for HK$300 per cleaning.
8- Plants: Please do NOT water any plants. In the past, overwatering by Good Samaritan guests has killed our greenery.
9- Neighbors: In dense Hong Kong residential buildings, walls can be thin. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially at night. Hong Kong residents OFTEN lodge noise complaints with the police, meaning you might get an unwelcome knock on the door if you play that speaker too loud.
11- Valuables: We highly recommend you to take your cash or valuables with you or leave in the safe.
12- Check Out: It is easy. Just leave the keys in an OBVIOUS PLACE so that we can find them.
We will provide you everything you need to access it on your first visit. We will also be on hand to repair any damage caused by usual wear and tear. Occasionally, my assistant or I might pop by to check on some things. Otherwise, we will be accessible by telephone.
Like to meet new friends all over the world.
