Welcome to the Lofts at one | four | seven. we are excited to host you in our beautifully curated suite.

The loft is located downtown Ingersoll, on the second floor of our commercial property. At street level, we own a home goods shoppe + we reside on the top floor.

In 2016 + 2017, we renovated every inch of the upper floor, now our primary residence, + in 2020+ 2021, we are pleased to say we have completed renovations on the second floor to include a photography studio + this studio suite.

The space
our beautifully furnished + curated studio suite space is 500 sf, featuring 12 foot ceilings, full kitchen + bath, a seating area with an electric fireplace + a cozy queen sized bed to fall into at the end of your day.

We have been careful to include all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one.

A private backyard complete with patio, gas bbq + seating area for relaxing + dining can be made available upon request if not being used privately by our family.

We are a small rural community with approximately 15000 residents.

We have several great parks, walking + biking trails. We have several options for eating, from casual to fine + fast food. If you love golf we have several to choose from including our hometown course with a beautiful deck overlooking the grounds!

We are located on the Main Street of downtown Ingersoll, 5 mins off the 401.

We've included a booklet in the suite with all of our favourite places to eat, unique shops we think you might like + several ideas for entertainment.

We hope you will feel spoiled + cozy while staying as our guest.
